Essential Communications Ltd. is the delivery agent for the Ontario Self Employment Benefit Program (OSEB) for Durham Region. OSEB is designed to provide qualified participants with entrepreneurial skills, and to support them in developing and implementing a business plan during a 42 week period. The program allows participants to concentrate on building a sustainable business by providing them with financial assistance while they receive business advice and support.
