2008 EmployABILITY Gala
On behalf of the Board of Directors, staff and DREN’s 78 member agencies, we would like to thank all who attended and contributed to DREN’s 2008 Employability Gala Event.
This event was funded in part by Ontario Disability Employment Support, Durham Region Local Training and sponsors through the Silent Auction. It was an opportunity to celebrate the success stories of individuals with disabilities that became successfully employed. Our featured guest the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, His Honour David C. Onley, inspired all of us with his words of encouragement. Over 245 people attended the event. Certificates, medallions, flowers and trophies were given to 50 Award Recipients and your contibutions helped to make that possible.
